We hired JB Cote Construction to knock down a wall and install a support beam. We really liked how they did it so we hired them for a second job of moving our back down to where a window was. After that job and a year later (my family expanded as well) we decided to hire them to add a second floor to our house! The full addition and all the other projects were all perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to do these projects for my family! Excellent detailed work along with informing us of every detail along the way to keep us in the loop! J B Cote did a fabulous job on our in-law addition. Brian and his team were very professional and always answered all our questions and concerns. Brian was always quick to respond to phone calls that we made and answered all questions we may have had regardless how small they may have seemed. He stayed on his time line and completed the project on schedule. We have received multiple compliments on how beautiful and how great the addition looks. They are an excellent company to work with and their end result is phenomenal. I will always contact them with any future projects and have recommended them to many friends. I have known of the Cote Construction name and reputation for many years. Having seen their rehabs and additions, first hand in many of the homes in the area that I have lived. When the time came to update and repair my own properties, J.B was my first call. Excellent prices, quick response time, and professional on every front. At the end of the day, you would never know they were working. After we purchased our new home, windows and doors were replaced before we moved in. Everyone loves the new deck we did this summer, and I already have Brian and crew working on 2 more projects for the spring/summer. ~ keith v
