J B Cote did a fabulous job on our in-law addition. Brian and his team were very professional and always answered all our questions and concerns. Brian was always quick to respond to phone calls that we made and answered all questions we may have had regardless how small they may have seemed. He stayed on his time line and completed the project on schedule. We have received multiple compliments on how beautiful and how great the addition looks. The Cote family and their crew did a great job on my mini split system and some repairs. Communication is great and they show up when promised. Neat work with no mess. The hard part of getting a mini split price is the equipment used and the routing of the lines varies significantly . I have seen installations where it looks like an octopus is on the house and there are huge coils of lines behind the condenser. Cote construction took the hard route and routed the lines inside the house out of sight wherever possible even when it was extremely challenging to do. The pictures speak for themselves. I agreed on a routing that would have been much more visible and easier and they changed it on the day of installation to be much cleaner. ~ John G
We hired JB Cote Construction to knock down a wall and install a support beam. We really liked how they did it so we hired them for a second job of moving our back down to where a window was. After that job and a year later (my family expanded as well) we decided to hire them to add a second floor to our house! The full addition and all the other projects were all perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to do these projects for my family! Excellent detailed work along with informing us of every detail along the way to keep us in the loop! TLDR version: Great communication Amazing quality of the work Friendly employees Would easily use them again! ~ Jeremy P
