J B Cote did a fabulous job on our in-law addition. Brian and his team were very professional and always answered all our questions and concerns. Brian was always quick to respond to phone calls that we made and answered all questions we may have had regardless how small they may have seemed. He stayed on his time line and completed the project on schedule. We have received multiple compliments on how beautiful and how great the addition looks. They are an excellent company to work with and their end result is phenomenal. I will always contact them with any future projects and have recommended them to many friends. We hired JB Cote Construction to knock down a wall and install a support beam. We really liked how they did it so we hired them for a second job of moving our back down to where a window was. After that job and a year later (my family expanded as well) we decided to hire them to add a second floor to our house! The full addition and all the other projects were all perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to do these projects for my family! Excellent detailed work along with informing us of every detail along the way to keep us in the loop! I have known of the Cote Construction name and reputation for many years. Having seen their rehabs and additions, first hand in many of the homes in the area that I have lived. When the time came to update and repair my own properties, J.B was my first call. Excellent prices, quick response time, and professional on every front. At the end of the day, you would never know they were working. After we purchased our new home, windows and doors were replaced before we moved in. Everyone loves the new deck we did this summer, and I already have Brian and crew working on 2 more projects for the spring/summer. ~ keith v

We have just finished our construction project of tearing down an existing kitchen and bathroom and adding a new one in place. JB Cote has been wonderful to work with, explaining everything every step of the way. Starting with the quote process and all the way to the final inspections. They even created a temporary kitchen for us to use during the construction so it really has not been a disruption to our life. They tidy up at the end of each day, are professional, clean, smart and flexible. I can't say enough good things about working with this great company and the wonderful team they have put together. JB Cote Construction did a fantastic job redesigning our backyard including a larger deck, and beautiful patio area around our new pool. In addition, they updated our master bath and divided a bedroom into a walk in closet and office space. They listened to our ideas and made suggestions throughout the projects. The quality of work was excellent, they responded quickly to emails and phone calls, the workers were professional and cleaned the work areas each day, the jobs were done in timely manner. To be short and sweet: If you are fed up with the toxicity of dealing with most contractors, JB Cote are the people for you. Their estimate might give you some sticker shock, but you get what you pay for, and they are worth the money. A lot of that higher price comes from a full-time office staff that facilitates clear and timely communication and from the fact that they default to higher-quality materials (that would be an upcharge with most other contractors). If you really care about your project, they are the right choice. ~ Tom H

When you have a project that is important to you, you want to hire a company that takes their job serious and follows all the details you need to be followed. J B Cote Construction is that company from the top-down! I was excited to design my new larger front deck for my Village Barber business with an existing awning to work around. Sydney, Brian and John Cote were very helpful with many great ideas, over many emails too! Mike, Phil, Nate, Brian and the whole crew worked tirelessly from 7am sharp through end of day during extreme hot weather! They also finished this very large demo and redesigned deck within a week...incredible! I've had many customers and strangers as well, reach out to me about how amazing the deck came out. My building looks like it had a total face-lift. I knew how happy I was with the finished project, but I felt even better with all the positive compliments and praise for J B Cote's professionalism. Brian and the crew at JB Cote installed 29 windows, 3 doors and a slider at our home. They treated our home like it was there own making every effort cleaning up each day. They went the extra mile replacing a bathroom fan exhaust cap that been missing on the exterior of our house for Years. Never mentioning it. Converted an old attic into master suite with full bath with double vanity tub and wall in shower, walk in closet, sitting area and cedar closet. Renovated first floor bathroom. Amazing transformation of our powder room. Who would think that such a small room could become such a statement piece in our house. During the remodel, they found issues from the original construction which they corrected.
